Argentina's Citizenship by Investment route was introduced by Decree of Necessity and Urgency 366/2025, which amended Citizenship Law 346, and was given a procedure by Decree 524/2025. On 2 October 2026 the Government announced two investment routes and said applications would open in the fourth quarter of 2026. As of the date of review, the operational application channel had not been confirmed, and the validity of Decree 366/2025 was before the Supreme Court.
